Gender Pay Gap Reporting at Curtiss-Wright

Penny & Giles Controls Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Curtiss-Wright Corporation, a business which can trace its roots back to the very first flight of the Wright brothers back in 1903. Today, we are a diversified, multinational provider of highly engineered, technologically advanced products and services. We maintain a balanced and diversified business portfolio with revenues generated across our three segments: Aerospace & Industrial, Defense Electronics, and Naval & Power, which support several of the largest, most vital, industries in the world.

Together, we believe that people are our most valuable asset and will always do the right thing in our dealings and interactions with all our employees.

Working in a spirit of trust and collaboration, Curtiss-Wright actively encourages employees to contribute their ideas and innovations to keep our company moving forward. We firmly believe that increasing the number of women in our business is key to Curtis-Wright having the access to the widest pool of talent, and will help us in our quest to become the employer of choice for those who wish to work in the markets in which we operate.

Our gender pay gap is 24.4% (median) for 2021/22. This is, generally, indicative of an overall downward trend since the commencement of gender pay gap reporting in 2017/18 when our median figure was 38.3%.

Our reports will detail our findings over the last 5 years and identify areas of focus for further bridging this gap going forwards.
